Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as the delivery status is still "Pending" or "Confirmed" and dispatch has not yet begun.
• Once an order has been "Packed" or "Shipped", it can no longer be cancelled online - please contact us directly for assistance.

AMC / Extended Warranty Cancellation

AMC and Extended Warranty plans, once purchased and activated, are non-cancellable and non-refundable except where required by law, since coverage begins immediately from the purchase date.
