How do I place an order?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and popular wallets.

Why can't I add a product to my cart?

Some products are priced "On Request" for bulk/wholesale orders. For these, please use the Enquire Now button on the product page and our team will get back to you with pricing.

How do I track my order?

Log in and go to "My Orders" to see the live delivery status of every order, along with courier and tracking details once shipped.

What is AMC and how is it different from Extended Warranty?

An AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) covers scheduled servicing, and in comprehensive plans, parts and labour for the contract period. Extended Warranty simply extends your manufacturer warranty coverage beyond the standard period. You can browse and buy either from the AMC / Extended Warranty page.

Can I renew my AMC or Extended Warranty plan?

Yes - go to "My AMC / Warranty" in your account and use the Renew option on any active or recently expired plan.
