Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
• Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorised installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Products purchased under bulk/wholesale order terms (minimum order quantity 50 pieces) and custom/special orders are not eligible for refund unless found defective on arrival.
